How do I pause my program?

You can pause your program by:

1. Going to the program overview page by tapping on the Profile (top right corner on Home screen) and then tapping on the program to be paused.
2. Clicking on the 3 blue dots in the top right-hand corner of your screen.
3. Selecting ‘Pause Program’.
