I don’t understand how to message my Care Manager

You can message your Care Manager through the coach tab in the app.

1. Tap on ‘coach’ on the bottom right-hand corner of your home screen
2. Then click on the card that includes your care manager’s picture/name
3. Write your message in the text box at the bottom of the page and click on the blue icon, bottom right.
