If you aren’t receiving push notifications, this probably means that you have opted not to allow push notifications from the Concierge Care app when prompted to.
You can turn notifications on and off in iOS by:
- Tapping on your phone’s ‘settings’
- Navigating to ‘Notifications’
- Selecting ‘Concierge Care’
- Clicking on ‘Allow notifications’
You can turn notifications on and off in Android by:
- Tapping on your phone’s ‘settings’
- Navigating to ‘Apps’
- Selecting ‘Concierge Care’
- Clicking on ‘Notifications’
- Then tapping on ‘Show notifications’
