To request support you can send a message to the following email support@sidekickhealthus.zendesk.com, or send us a ticket through the ‘help’ section of the app.
To send via the app, simply navigate to the help center within the app.
- Navigate to Profile (on the Home tab, icon in the top right corner)
- Tap on the ‘Steering wheel’ in the top right-hand corner
- Tap on ‘Technical Support’
- Select 'Request Support'
